Associate Designer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent user experience across platforms by maintaining design cohesion and usability standards.
• Support study website design, creation, maintenance, and enhancement using web design tools to ensure functionality and visual appeal.
• Create and refine marketing material designs and graphics, assist with company branding content, and help update collateral and internal team content.
• Maintain and manage the brand identity, including consistent use of colors, fonts, logos, and visual guidelines across all materials and platforms.
• Communicate with team members to align tasks and project goals, ensuring smooth collaboration across functions.
• Partner with teams across departments to align project goals, share feedback, and drive company initiative outcomes.
• Use a ticketing system to delegate tasks, track project progress, and maintain workflow transparency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Design or any related discipline.
• Proven working knowledge of website creation tools (Webflow, Framer, PowerPages, etc.)
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to create content including graphics, short videos, and templates for marketing campaigns.
• Ability to update, polish, and refine existing designs to enhance visual appeal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and provide regular updates.
• Ability to solve design-related issues and improve user interfaces.
• (Bonus points) Familiar with HTML / CSS basics and React.
• (Bonus points) Understanding of UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) design.
• (Bonus points) Portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and attention to detail.
• (Bonus points) Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
• (Bonus points) Experience in healthcare-related fields.
