About the Role

Looking for a seasoned Lead Engineer with a strong full-stack background to drive product development and lead a team of passionate engineers. You'll design scalable architectures, implement robust microservices and uphold high code quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Analyze and evaluate functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop and deploy new product features and enhancements.
  • Investigate product issues and bugs to provide effective solutions and patches.
  • Ensure high-quality code standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.
  • Actively contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on development experience in frontend or backend technologies.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS.
  • Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Web Assembly (WASM).
  • Understanding of cryptographic principles and front-end security best practices.
  • Proficiency in real-time communication technologies like WEBRTC.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Golang.
  • Experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and API integrations.
  • Experience in architecting scalable solutions within a microservices framework.
  • Exposure to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and cryptographic techniques.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Prior experience in a senior or technical leadership role.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security patterns.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring junior engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
