About the Role

As a Salesforce Engineer, you’ll provide technical support for Salesforce configurations, data models, and integrations. You’ll assist with onboarding, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with product teams to resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive, technical support for the company's Salesforce-integrated platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce data, configurations, and API usage.
  • Assist customers during onboarding and configuration.
  • Communicate solutions clearly through email, chat, and video calls.
  • Develop support documentation and maintain our knowledge base.
  • Relay customer feedback and insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce technical support or admin support role.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures, custom objects, workflows, and user permissions.
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing support or solutions engineering role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer empathy.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • (Bonus points) Salesforce Administrator experience or certification.
  • (Bonus points) Experience with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom. MongoDB (or similar NoSQL databases), experience with SQL is a plus.
